Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI autonomy) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-state solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and secure executive buy-in
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
