Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, S-curves)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
