Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with emerging quantum and AI paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate modeling and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor future-focused talent in emerging tech domains
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven 5+ year future-casting experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants from DARPA/NSF
- Certification in Future Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two deployed systems with 5+ year societal impact
