Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Computational Theory, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic technology foresight roles
- Published research on quantum-AI-biotech convergence (IEEE/Nature)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (2020-2026)
- Strong network with DARPA/European Innovation Council networks
