As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, assess market readiness, and develop implementation frameworks for breakthrough innovations. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, MIT researchers, and industry disruptors to transform theoretical possibilities into commercially viable futures.

Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify paradigm-shifting innovations with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive board and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs to accelerate innovation
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or gene editing
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital >$20M
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
