Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and academic partners
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 10+ year market potential
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry-recognized thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-generation tech talent pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
