Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional prototyping labs for neural interface devices
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (biotech, nanotech, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with $15M annual R&D budget
- Publish whitepapers on future tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products
- Deep understanding of Singularity and exponential tech trends
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with global tech innovation labs
