Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-secure systems and next-gen AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business strategy teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech disruptions (synthetic biology, neurotech, quantum)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the annual Tech Horizon Summit
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for 2026 climate resilience initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
