- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts
- Present futuristic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership content on technology evolution and future scenarios
- Establish industry partnerships to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight highly desirable
