Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Develop patent-pending solutions for 2026's most pressing tech challenges (e.g., climate modeling, neurotech interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor a specialized 'Future Tech' team of 8-12 engineers and researchers
- Present quarterly technology foresight briefings to the board and investors
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies (patents preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, post-quantum cryptography, or AGI safety
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 standards and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum or similar peer-reviewed tech publications
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance eligibility (government contract work required)
