- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for AI and biotech applications
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate-positive AI systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience scaling technology innovations from concept to commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams across international locations
- Deep understanding of technology ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of at least three major technology innovations brought to market
