Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen implementations in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-era solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of speculative innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Research, or MBA
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
