Qualifications

- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in forward-looking roles
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published research on technology's socioeconomic implications (2020-2025)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of 2026-focused innovation projects or patents
