Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026, analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry labs to capture bleeding-edge innovations
- Present executive-level strategic briefings on technological disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Oversee the development of a 2026 Technology Impact Index to measure organizational readiness
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal workshops and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities with proficiency in foresight tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technological concepts into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
