Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready technologies into business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on 2026 digital transformation
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 market readiness
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence, or spatial internet
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience building future-tech incubation programs
- Deep understanding of global tech policy implications
