Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market adoption
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and biometric authentication
- Forge industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present future tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
- Author white papers published in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in top-tier tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience securing government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
