Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated interfaces)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of 5-10 year tech forecasts
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
