Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, bioinformatics) for adoption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future-tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on technology foresight and disruption
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech impact or published research
