Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps mapping emerging innovations to market readiness
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum-encrypted data transmission and autonomous swarm robotics
- Partner with VC firms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into our innovation pipeline
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Design scalable blueprints for carbon-negative data centers using next-gen cooling tech
- Coordinate with governments on policy frameworks for 2026 digital infrastructure standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- Published research in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi technique)
- Proficiency in simulation tools (AnyLogic, NetLogo) and predictive modeling
- Track record of commercializing at least one breakthrough technology
- Fluency in Web3 protocols and decentralized governance models
