Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in climate-positive solutions
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing user experiences
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (2020-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI governance, or neurotech
- Published research on technology adoption curves or innovation forecasting
- Experience leading international innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology commercialization case studies
