Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for industry evolution
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future technology (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
