Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Oversee the development of predictive models for technology adoption curves
- Mentor internal teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
