Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption and AI integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D with future market demands
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present future technology scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and adoption timelines
- Manage innovation incubation programs for 2026-focused projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
