Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating 2026 market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead ideation workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with global sustainability goals
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish industry whitepapers
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two 2020s-era innovations
- Expertise in generative AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS or APF)
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
