Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Design and validate ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptography protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Architect carbon-negative data center blueprints using liquid cooling and AI optimization
- Coordinate with policy teams to shape 2026 technology legislation and standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years applied research
- Proven track record in technology commercialization or venture capital
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with technology impact assessment methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Clearance for DoD/NSF-level research projects
