Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into business operations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused technology incubation programs
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/AR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and Singularity University methodologies
- Experience with UN SDG tech integration frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Scala preferred)
