Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop implementation frameworks for emerging technologies with ROI modeling and risk assessment

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic AI
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite communication experience
