Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary machine learning models for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks and data pipelines to handle real-time processing at scale.
- Mentor junior engineers and code reviewers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (5+ years of relevant experience).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems and handling big data workloads (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on mathematical modeling and algorithm optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
