Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI integration initiatives across 15+ enterprise clients
- Direct $20M+ R&D budget for emerging tech validation and pilot programs
- Chair quarterly innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Develop patent portfolios for sustainable blockchain and IoT infrastructure solutions
- Mentor 10-person cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
- Present strategic frameworks to Fortune 500 boards and UN technology forums
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt roadmaps accordingly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture or CTO roles with demonstrable 5+ year strategic planning impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech
- Experience leading $50M+ digital transformation programs
- Certification in Technology Architecture (CTA) or equivalent
- Proven ability to secure patents and navigate IP landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Background in sustainability tech (carbon accounting, circular economy systems)
