Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of disruptive technologies, including Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Edge Computing, to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Lead internal workshops and strategy sessions to upskill teams on future-ready technologies.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate market shifts and regulatory changes affecting our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative technology initiatives ahead of industry trends.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technical paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and leading diverse, high-performance teams.
