Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning with organizational strategic objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide actionable insights to the C-suite.
- Manage a budget for R&D and technology pilots.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-proof technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
