Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 product roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum-ready protocols.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture to support high-traffic environments.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to deploy neural networks and machine learning models into production workflows, optimizing for real-time latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and cultivate a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technology partners to accelerate development cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
