Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's 3-year strategic roadmap, identifying key technological milestones for 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech, and evaluate their applicability to our business model.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures, ensuring scalability and security for the upcoming decade.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to align technology investments with business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs designed to test concepts for the 2026 market landscape.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing technology team that is agile, forward-thinking, and ready for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully navigating complex organizational changes and leading long-term digital transformations.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and their commercial applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
