Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Conduct cutting-edge research on qubit coherence, error correction, and quantum gate operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into scalable quantum computing solutions
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with major quantum hardware platforms
- Collaborate with industry partners to prototype quantum applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Publish research findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) preferred
