Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align future strategies with business objectives
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and investors with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems

- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
