Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI, Quantum AI, and Neuromorphic computing.
- Oversee model training, validation, and deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Conduct high-level research to identify new opportunities for AI-driven growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Expert knowledge of Python, C++, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in shipping production-grade AI products.
