Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for AI initiatives leading up to and through the year 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems capable of handling massive data streams and complex decision-making processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product features.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies, such as generative adversarial networks and neuromorphic computing.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is transparent, unbiased, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead role focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead, identifying long-term technical trends and their business implications.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving ambiguous, large-scale problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
