Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D illustrations, icons, and digital art assets for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure visual assets are technically optimized and aligned with user experience goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the creative team to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, illustration, and animation tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a 2D Designer, Illustrator, or Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D styles, from flat design to intricate illustrations.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and design accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
