Role Overview
As a Senior 2D Graphics Specialist, you will lead the creation of high-fidelity illustrations, vector graphics, and UI components. You will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D illustrations, icons, and graphical assets using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Optimize all graphics for various devices and resolutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain and update the company's design system, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends and tools to keep our work fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D graphics and illustration.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical skills.
- Experience with vector-based animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
