Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D illustrations, vector graphics, and iconography for diverse client projects.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and style guides to ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to translate business goals into impactful visual narratives.
- Review and critique design work to ensure it meets our rigorous standards of quality and creativity.
- Stay abreast of emerging 2D design trends and technologies to keep our work cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, illustration, or visual design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in flat design, typography, and layout.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Proficiency in motion graphics tools (After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.
