Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on quantum computing and AI integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop patent-pending solutions for next-gen challenges
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry partners at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior researchers while establishing best practices for emerging technology validation
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through compelling proposals and stakeholder management
- Drive adoption of research outcomes through product development partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural networks, or biometric interfaces
- Experience securing federal grants and managing multi-million dollar research budgets
- Strong public speaking skills demonstrated at 3+ major tech conferences
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
