Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines tailored for 2026 standards.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and transformers for high-performance inference.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Define the technical strategy for MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical architectures.
- Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems in high-scale environments.
