Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Architect and implement large-scale deep learning models and generative AI pipelines capable of handling multimodal data streams and complex reasoning tasks.
- Pioneer Agentic Workflows: Lead the research and development of autonomous AI agents that can perform complex, multi-step tasks without human intervention.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Collaborate with hardware teams to develop software interfaces that prepare our models for future quantum computing advancements.
- Model Optimization: Engineer efficient inference pipelines and optimize model latency and accuracy using advanced pruning, quantization, and distillation techniques.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for our AI research team, setting strategic priorities that align with industry trends and business goals.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict safety, bias-mitigation, and transparency guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a senior technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and experience training Large Language Models (LLMs) or Diffusion models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and C++ with a strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping industry-defining AI products.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
