Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for AI products and services
- Conduct ethical risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into design and development processes
- Stay updated on emerging AI ethics regulations and industry best practices
- Communicate complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical teams
- Lead the creation of transparency reports for AI systems
- Advocate for ethical AI practices within the organization and the broader community
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or similar role
- Deep understanding of ethical principles and their application to AI technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate complex ethical dilemmas
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate ethical concepts clearly
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current AI regulations and guidelines (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
