Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models

- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory compliance for AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or similar governance role
- Expertise in bias detection and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
