Responsibilities

- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and monitoring
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Educate stakeholders on ethical AI practices and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, data governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection, fairness metrics, and interpretability techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex ethical dilemma resolution
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or related fields strongly preferred
