Qualifications

- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and training programs
