Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure by 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops with quantum computing and neurotech teams to identify ethical blind spots
- Author white papers on AI policy recommendations for federal and international bodies
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models affecting employment markets
- Conduct scenario planning for existential risk assessment in autonomous systems
- Partner with UN agencies to establish global AI ethics certification standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology Policy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or autonomous system ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuro-technology implications
- Experience drafting policy recommendations for government or international organizations
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42071 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
