Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical risk assessments for emerging AI systems (2026 horizon)
- Collaborate with quantum computing and neurotech research teams on ethical guardrails
- Develop corporate governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation
- Contribute to industry standards for AI-human interaction protocols
- Monitor regulatory evolution post-2025 EU AI Act implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and biotech ethics
- Experience designing bias mitigation frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
