Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and autonomous infrastructure
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, industry leaders, and advocacy groups to establish industry-wide ethical standards
- Conduct foresight analysis on AI's societal impact through 2030, preparing Horizon Dynamics for emerging ethical challenges
- Design and implement bias auditing protocols for generative AI and machine learning models
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on AI governance and digital sovereignty
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Technology & Society, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics or digital ethics
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and international AI policy landscapes
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuro-symbolic AI, and generative model architectures
- Exceptional facilitation skills for convening diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience developing ethical audit protocols for large-scale AI deployments
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership through publications, policy recommendations, or public speaking engagements
